Environment: THE IV PLAN
Our planet is safe. IV stands for Intellectual Ventures, and it has a plan to control global warming using... a garden hose. It requires a relatively small quantity of sulphur: only 0.05%. This sulphur will be sprayed into the stratosphere. An initial plan to save the polar ice caps would need only two such pipes, cost just $20 million.
